One to the keys to Success for business owners, independent professionals and people with direct sales businesses is working on the right things.  We call these IPA’s or Income Producing Activities.  But while these individuals work long, hard hours, studies have shown that they spend more than half their time working on the wrong things.

Earl Hadden’s Planning For Success Workshop demonstrates proven methods and techniques to identify your IPA’s and organize your work schedule so that most of your time goes where it belongs.

Module I – Why??? Defining your “definite major purpose” or your BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal).

 

Module II – What benefit are you going to deliver to Whom (i.e. your “tribes”).  How are you going attack your market (strategies)?

 

Module III – What are your 1 year goals and what are the specific IPA’s you are going to execute?  How many times will you perform each Activity?

 

Module IV – Establish your 90-Day Game Plan.  What is your 90-day goal, what are the IPA’s that will get you there (and how many will you perform each day?), what programs will support your IPA’s to make sure you achieve your goal, identify a skill that you need to develop or improve to achieve your goal.
